Havens of Westcliff, near Southend on Sea Essex was established in 1901 as a specialist retailer of China Tableware, Crystal Glass and Gift Shop.
Our remit was to increase average order values and conversion rates across the site. In particular to increase the variety of product ordered – making visitors more aware of the vast range of Havens’ product range using cross-selling tactics and cognative marketing. The branding was to remain consistant – the website should also be analogous to its previous version.
